Year 5 Visit Blackburn Rovers Education Centre
Year 5 visited Blackburn Rovers Education Centre to learn about the heart and how to keep it healthy.
In our theme work this term, we are studying how Adolf Hitler could have persuaded a nation like Germany to follow him. As we gather and organise our research, we prepare to tell the story of World War Two through the eyes of a child. We look forward to inviting our families to our end of theme outcome later in the spring term.
We hope you've enjoyed a fantastic Easter break, reflecting on the meaning of this very special time in the Church calendar. We have an exciting term ahead so hope you're feeling ready and raring to go! Have a look at the Summer Term newsletter at the bottom of this page and keep checking this page to see our learning and enjoyment progress.
In Science, we will be following various lines of enquiry relating to materials and their properties. We will be studying how solids, liquids and gases change state as well as exploring how these changes can be reversible or irreversible.
